How do I order a sample?
Would you like to order a sample? That's great! You can do this by going to the product page of the relevant item and clicking on the "Order sample" button. You will then be directed to the sample page, add it to your shopping cart, and place the order. We will ensure that the sample arrives at your doorstep within a few working days.
Do I have to pay for shipping for a sample?
No, we will cover these costs. However, we do charge a small fee for the sample itself.
What is the delivery time for a sample?
Of course, there are always exceptions to this, but generally, we manage to deliver the samples to your doorstep within a few working days.
Is it also possible to order a full shelf?
This is certainly possible. For this purpose, together with the brand Floer, we have created the Floer Sample Planks. This way, you can view the floor you are interested in a little better and on a larger scale at home. You pay a bit more for this than for a regular sample.

Can I order a sample for each item?
At Solza.nl, we have such a large assortment that not all items have a sample available. If a sample is directly available, you can see this by the presence of the "order sample" button on the page of the item you are interested in. Is this button not there? In some cases, we can still arrange a sample for you. In such a case, feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!
Why do I have to pay for my sample?
We do this so that not too many samples are sent unnecessarily and to cover a small part of the costs of this service. Sending a sample also leaves a "CO2 footprint" and we naturally want to minimize this as much as possible.
Can I return a sample?
Yes, if the sample is in a neat condition, it is possible to return it to us. The general rules for returns apply here. Please note: You are responsible for the return and any associated costs. In most cases, therefore, this is not desirable.
For which brands and products is it possible to order a sample?
We currently offer samples from many different brands for which we are also a dealer. These include Quick-Step, Floer and Rivièra Maison, but also brands such as Floorlife, Vivafloors and our own brand Solza. You can be sure that samples are available if the "order sample" button is present on the product page. If this button is not there, please send our customer service a message to ask if it is still possible to obtain a sample.
