Order
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To order a product, place it in the shopping cart. You add a product to the shopping cart by selecting the desired quantity and/or length and then pressing the "add to cart" button. The products are now in your personal shopping cart.
How do I order the items in my shopping cart?
Once all desired products have been added to the shopping cart, click the "checkout" button. You will then be taken to a page where you need to enter your details. Please fill in these details as accurately as possible, as this is the information we will use to register your order. Then click the "purchase" button to confirm your order.
Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, after placing an order, you will always receive a confirmation at the email address you provided. Haven't received it? Please send us an email at klantenservice@solza.nl so we can check if everything is going smoothly.
Will I receive a delivery notification or do I need to inquire about it myself?
You will automatically receive a confirmation message from us when your order leaves our premises. In most cases, this email will also contain track & trace information for your order. It is possible that your specific order, for example a sample, will be delivered to you via letterbox post. In this case, you will not receive track & trace information. In addition, there may be cases where the track & trace information is shared on the day of delivery.
Can I specify a desired delivery time in the future?
Yes, this is definitely possible! When placing your order, you can specify a desired delivery date in the shopping cart. We always try our best to meet this desired delivery date. If the actual delivery date deviates significantly from your desired delivery date, we will contact you about it.
Payment
How can I pay for my order?
At Solza.nl, you can pay in various ways. You can choose to pay with IDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, or Paypal. However, you can also opt to pay afterwards with the Klarna payment method. In addition, we also offer the possibility of payment via Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay, and Sofort. It is also possible to choose payment by Bank Transfer. The latter can be particularly interesting if you are dealing with a construction depot, for example.
How can I order and pay using my construction depot?
There are two different options for paying for your order at Solza.nl with a construction depot. Which option applies to you will mainly depend on your agreements with the lender.
When you start renovating, you can send the invoices for the construction or renovation directly to your lender. The lender will then pay the invoices directly from your construction depot. With this method, it is necessary to choose the "Bank transfer" payment method when ordering. Once you have placed the order with this payment method, you will receive instructions from us on how to transfer the payment to us.
However, you can also choose to pay the costs yourself first. If you pay the costs yourself, the lender can transfer the money to your account. You will receive interest on the money in your construction depot.
Refunds
How do you refund money when necessary?
At Solza.nl, we always do our utmost to refund the money you paid, for example in case of a return or cancellation, as quickly as possible. After all, everyone wants their money back as soon as possible. We aim for faster, but always do this within the statutory 14 days after cancellation or return. Refunds will be made in the same way as you paid.
