Showroom Update Alphen a/d Rijn: Delay, doors and walls

Time again for an update on the work in our future Showroom in Alphen aan den Rijn . There have been a huge amount of developments since our last update and we are happy to share these in this blog.

Delay...

Unfortunately, just like with many renovations or construction projects, we have also faced delays. For us, this concerns a delay of as much as a month. Fortunately, the problems that the delay caused have now been resolved and our craftsmen are back to full throttle. Still a lot of work to get all people back on the right schedule. We managed to quickly replan the electricians, ceiling hangers, painters and plastering.

Doors & Plumbing

Last week, several doors were hung in the showroom. You can think of doors to the toilet, the wet room for the toilet and the various storage areas. A nice step that gives the showroom and the different spaces a lot more shape. In addition, in the photo above you can already see a little more of the plumbing. A nice space for the toilet where herringbone tiles have been placed on the wall, we found this a nice nod to our Herringbone flooring And Whalebone floors .

In addition to the above developments, people have also been busy preparing one of the walls in our new office. Here we want our own wonderful Akupanel wall and ceiling panels In processing and as it looks now we can share the result with you in our next update.

Finishing Walls

Last but not least, the finishing of the walls and the preparation for the painters has also begun. In various places we have opted for visual and practical additions in the walls. For example, what can be seen in the above photo will become a niche with shelves for catalogs of our brands, for example, when it is actually a way of getting rid of our many cables from the solar panels. Useful!
