Again time for an update on the work in our future showroom in Alphen aan den Rijn. There have been a lot of developments since our last update and we would like to share them in this blog.
Glass wall for office
In addition to the fact that we realize our showroom in this building, this will also function as our head office. From here, all activities around our webshop will be carried out. You can think of customer service, order processing and administration. A wonderful way to involve this in the showroom is by adding a glass wall and this has now been placed. For example, everyone in the office is involved in the showroom and vice versa.
Extra buitenlicht
Above the front door were first steel plates. These plates did not let light through and so beautiful windows have been replaced. A huge amount of outdoor light is now coming in. Ideal for viewing the effect of outdoor light on floors. This way you can get an even better impression of the possibilities of our laminate and PVC floors.
Lighting in laundry room
In the laundry room you can now also see the first traces of the "non-natural light". Of course, the ceilings with lighting still have to be installed, but the lighting behind our round mirror on the beautiful herringbone wall (with a nod to our range of herringbone floors) in the laundry room already works. A nice detail!
